"SAD": EX- "SHILA" BOY CAUGHT PANTS DOWN WITH AN 18 YR OLD HOUSE WIFE

 A 19 year old repentant "Shila boy, Mohammed Yakubu, was caught having an intercourse with an 18 year old house wife in her matrimonial home.

Already, the Jimeta Area Court II in Yola, Adamawa State has ordered the remand of the 2 love birds after they were arraigned before it by Corpral Ismail Mohammed.

The presiding judge of the court, Hon. Muhammad Alamin Diya Lamurde, remanded the defendants and subsequently adjourned the matter to the 26th January, 2023. 

Both defendants, who hail from Hulere, a suburb of Jambutu in Yola North Local Government Area, were arraigned before the court for an alleged" House Trespass and Adultery".

According to First Information Report tendered by the Prosecutor, the offences run contrary to sections 334 and 374 of the Adamawa State Penal Code Law 2018.

Cpl Ismail confirmed to NEWS PLATFORM that the 1st defendant was once nabbed for "Shila" activities over 2 years ago and later repented.

It was learnt that the teen house wife who got married barely 3 months, was caught having an affair with the repentant "Shila" boy who happens to be her ex-boy friend.

They were caught by the husband, but following intervention by both family members of the couple and confession by the wife, the husband agreed to contnue to live with her.

Sometimes later, the husband(names withheld) became suspicious of his wife, but after confronting her, the wife (names withheld) opened up where she told him it was Mohammed, who has been disturbing her.

The wife was compelled by her husband and the police where she laid a trap for Mohammed, by making an appointment with him to meet her and enjoy their lives as they used to do.

It was gathered that Mohammed, who did not know that he was under the police radar, quickly rushed where he met police officers waiting for him instead of the woman.

During arraignment, the wife admitted having extra marital affair with the 1st defendant, while on his part, the 1st defendant(Mohammed ) vehemently denied sleeping with her. 

She confirmed that Mohammed had slept with her for 2 times only after she got married about 3 months, but Mohammed denied it and said that her allegation is not true.

It was as result of that that the court adjourned the case for corroborative evidence and summary trial for 2nd defendant and commencent of hearing on the part of 1st defendant.
