Hello, FOOTBALGERIANS! We have on our table, a Sunday packed with action!! Exciting fixtures, banter worthy and fulfilling. Let's talk;

.

MAN CITY – WOLVES

The race to get into the top four is heating up in the Premier League. There is no wide margins between the teams at the top half of the table. A slip from any team could be costly. The Premier League trophy is the ultimate prize, but the top four is the major consolation. Manchester City are still keeping their eyes on the ultimate prize, alongside Manchester United and Newcastle. Every game is an opportunity for each of these teams to climb the other or extend their lead, and that's what they all will be aiming to do today.

Manchester City need to replicate the spirit against Tottenham, to get closer to Arsenal. They need to beat Wolves convincingly to establish a backing to their name. Wolves can be very difficult to deal with, but if Pep and City want it, they should fight hard to get it. At this rate, it doesn't come with ease. You have to fight for it.

.

ARSENAL – MANCHESTER UNITED

Our main fixture for the day, is the massive showdown at the Emirates. Arsenal are arguably the best team in England. On the other hand, Manchester United are running with so much pace and finesse, and they have been very good also in recent times. It's going to be a tough one, as Manchester United need a win to go closer to Manchester City and maybe go level on points with them. It gets more difficult for them, realizing that they need to do it without the midfield balance of Casemiro. Arsenal on the other hand need the win to extend their lead. In their opinion, they need to stay as far away from City as possible to be in a safe zone and in other to do that, they need to beat Manchester United. It's going to be an exciting showdown, Ten Hag's tactics versus Arteta's tactics. Who will turn up for each team? Marcus Rashford (Rashidi) or Martin Odegarrd (Ballaji)? Let's see how it goes.

.

SPANISH LA LIGA

In recent weeks, the first and second position in Spain has alternated between Real Madrid and Barcelona. Both teams were separated by goal difference, until Real Madrid slipped and lost their position. Now, they are separated by three points, and any mistake from Barcelona will make them lose that little advantage. It's a very tight one for both giants, and none of them will be willing to give the other any added advantage. That being said we expect wins from both teams, keeping in mind that this is Football and anything can happen. Real Madrid had to comeback during the week to advance to the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey, last weekend they lost to Barcelona. These recent events tell tales of Madrid's inconsistency but let's see how it goes. For Barcelona, Xavi ball has been doing it for them. It has to come through again.

.

ITALIAN SERIE A

The Serie A has been in the news for the past few days. All eyes have been on Italy since the league association reduced Juventus' points by 15. This means they no longer fight for the top four position, but a replay of their rise from the tenth position. We cannot help but feel sympathy for them, giving the fact that they fought tirelessly before the World Cup to get back to a reasonable position. Although the Juventus board have said they will appeal the sanction, it doesn't change the psychological and mental effect it will have on the team and their game play. It's now left for Allegri to rally his troups and back them with enough motivation to face Atalanta. It will not be easy in the tough game, but let's see how it goes. For Atalanta, a win will take them to the third position on the table. A spot they will fight hard to get. The stage is set, let's see how it goes.

.

Roma are also presented with the opportunity to get into the Europa league position. A win is enough for them to sneak past Lazio, and take them a step closer to the top four. Well, a lone goal will do it for them as usual, let's see Mourinho's master piece in action. Let's see how it goes.

.

DORTMUND AND AL NASSR

Dortmund sit seventh on the league table. In this face off against fourteenth place Augsburg, three points will be sufficient for them to get into a position that will mean European competition next season. Dortmund have been faced with injury problems, coupled with their loss in form. A win or consecutive wins will boost their morale leading up to the Champions League next month. But before then, they need to get the wins a game at a time. Let's see how it goes.

.

Our bonus fixture is all the way at Saudi Arabia. For the sake of greatness and Fan love, we will be bringing updates of Ronaldo from Asia. Today, he will feature for the first time as an Al Nassr player. Al Nassr sit second on the table, and so need a win to keep close tabs with Al-hilal who top the league. Will Cristiano Ronaldo get a goal on his Al-nassr debut? We'll find out at the end of the game.
