A woman identified as Maryam Abdullahi, was on Thursday night, allegedly shot dead by the police in Yola, Adamawa state capital.
The ugly incudent which occured at Doubeli culvert by 9:00pm, also left 2 of her children, Shafiu and Kuluwa Abdullahi and one other critically injured.
The Police Public Relation Officer(PPRO), SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, told NEWS PLATFORM that the Police Seargent who allegedly carried out the act has been arrested.
SP Nguroje, said that the command is currently carrying investigation to unravel the circumstances surrounding the incident.
