Job Objective
The Quality Focal Person will lead and ensure the delivery of high-quality SRH services to adolescent girls aged 15–19 within both SFH-supported and government health facilities. This includes overseeing self-care and contraceptive services, mentoring providers, ensuring quality standards, and driving data-informed decision-making for better health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Implement self-care prototypes and lead service delivery within select channels.

Adapt and manage QA tools, checklists, and training resources for service quality.

Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures, and ensure quality of care across all delivery platforms.

Lead training sessions on DMPA-SC self-injection, client counselling, and prototype services.

Coach and mentor health workers, QA officers, and behaviour change personnel.

Use data for program adaptation and support continuous quality improvement.

Coordinate with State and LGA officials, stakeholders, and other implementing partners.

Facilitate health facilities’ capacity to plan, forecast, and manage SRH commodities.

Document and disseminate key learnings and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications

Certified Nurse Midwife or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) with valid registration from a recognized Nursing and Midwifery Council or other regulatory bodies.

Minimum 5 years of post-NYSC experience in clinical or public health NGO roles.

Technical expertise in SRH, Maternal Health, HIV, Malaria, Cervical Cancer, and Child Health.

Additional training in Public Health or Healthcare Management is an advantage.
