Scholarship Benefits

Recipients of the Ban Ki-moon Scholarship receive:

  • Up to €13,500 per year toward tuition fees

  • A reduced tuition fee of €1,500 for the first academic year (renewable for subsequent years upon outstanding performance)

Eligibility and Selection Criteria

Applicants from all nationalities are welcome to apply for any eligible Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Executive MBA program at MCI. Candidates will be selected based on the following criteria:

  1. Commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Demonstrated engagement in sustainable projects, research, or leadership initiatives that contribute to one or more SDGs.

  2. Potential Impact: The feasibility and potential societal or environmental impact of the applicant’s proposed SDG-related project or vision.

  3. Program Alignment: The relevance of the chosen MCI program to the applicant’s long-term goals and area of SDG focus.

  4. Leadership and Innovation: Evidence of leadership ability, creativity, and innovative thinking.

After applying to an MCI program, submit your scholarship application with all required documents via the Ban Ki-moon Scholarship Portal.
